You’ve heard the Internet expression “don’t feed the trolls”.
It was the Men Tell All on The Bachelorette 2016 last night, but it really should have been called Chad Tells All, as Chris Harrison, ABC and the other men on The Bachelorette Season 12 seemed to make it all about Chad Johnson all night long. A lengthy Chad reel airs. Since Chad’s well-deserved exit, the season has puttered and Ben Higgins’ Bachelor season that proceeded it wasn’t too much better towards the end.
Joseph and Soraya, JoJo Fletcher’s parents flew in from Texas to meet the men.
In the meantime, here’s what the men told. I decided there was nothing more holding me back from wanting more time with Robby. Despite Jojo’s front that she trusts Robby, fans think that she still has doubts about where his loyalty lies.
When Chad was finally introduced, the 28-year-old luxury real estate agent did not disappoint.
No contestant on this season of “The Bachelorette” has managed to capture the hearts and Twitter feeds of snarky lady nerds quite like Wells Adams. One example: Daniel saying Chad has “no filter” and isn’t the “brightest”. “I could not walk through the house, I could not sleep without hearing my name”, he says. We’re both gonna fall down either way. But for me, I wasn’t looking for someone who just wanted to follow me around.
It appears Chad didn’t regret his behavior in front of the “Bachelorette” cameras. Who will get the final rose, Jordan or Robbie?
The bright side of all of this is Luke is 90 percent going to be the next Bachelor and I’m pretty excited about that. The reason this is of interest is because it allowed us to size them up as prospective Bachelors. “Are you f-king kidding me?!” Each of the men took the opportunity to confront him since the time he was eliminated on the fourth week.
What do you think of JoJo as the Bachelorette? “Are you able to think about love?” he asked.
“Watching it back, I see, verbally, I kind of held back”. All I can say is that they are both attractive women.
Translation: Sign me up and send 25 to 30 bachelorettes my way.
Sure, it was nice that JoJo and Luke and Chase got to talk out their breakups and get emotional closure and all that, but let’s be real – this was clearly the Chad show.
I think when it came down to Luke and Chase, that was by far-easily-hands down, the hardest decision because I was insane about both of them. Luke and Chase were interviewed individually by Chris Harrison, who hosted, with a live audience in attendance. This matters very little to JoJo, because she immediately sends him home when he confesses that he loves her, after she already gave him the key to the fantasy suite.
“But I’m here just to tell you that I’m proud of you, I’m impressed by you, I admire you, I think you’re unbelievable”, Chase said.
It’s time for JoJo to come out and face the guys. Derek was diplomatic when talking about his conflict with Alex (I don’t remember what that was about, do you?), but then Nick B. jumped in with a truth bomb, calling Alex a manipulative instigator with a Napoleon complex. When meeting her parents on the finale, one of JoJo’s suitors reportedly makes a move that shocks her – and completely turns her off!
Before Chad even arrives, he is compared to Voldemort. JoJo said that she doesn’t really know, but that on the last date he never said the word “love” until the rose ceremony. “I got dirt on you, son”, Chad teases. He loves the attention and we’re giving it to him. A preview of the finale airs and that concludes the show. “I think I just laughed and tried not to be nervous and be like ‘I just wanted to wait for the ideal opportunity to kiss her.’ He wanted to know about why I waited so long to kiss her, so I had to kind of tell that story”.
